About Us

With strong support from the parish, they filed for the creation of Council 16255 based at St. Joseph. Guided by a “Faith in Action” ethos, the council set out to make a positive difference in the parish and surrounding community.

Over its history, Council 16255 has consistently earned the prestigious Star Council Award – an honor only 5% of Californian councils achieve annually. This recognition requires excellence across membership, insurance, and programming goals. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, our council displayed resilience in meeting rigorous standards like new member recruitment, insurance participation, and completing service programs across faith, family, community, and life.

The repeated Star Council Awards reflect Council 16255’s exceptional dedication to the Knights of Columbus mission. For over a decade, our brotherhood has worked ceaselessly to earn this distinction.
