SUMMARY:Our Lady of Guadalupe Procession
DESCRIPTION:This Sunday December 7\, we will be joining with Parishioners and Knights of Columbus from St Mary’s in a procession in celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe from Andrews Park to St. Mary’s Church.  Join our community in honoring Our Lady of Guadalupe with a prayerful and joyful procession through downtown Vacaville. \n \n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Details: \n\nDate: Sunday\, December 7\, 2025\nStarting Location: Andrews Park\, Vacaville\nDestination: St. Mary’s Catholic Church\nTime: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Andrews Park\nThe procession will proceed to St. Mary’s Church for an outdoor Mass and celebration and fair after Mass\nWe will be Processing with Fr. Memo and Fr. Brian.\n\nEveryone is welcome—come be part of this beautiful tradition of devotion and community unity. \nBrother Juan Briceno from KofC Council 4901 will be our point of contact. \nSunday Dec 7 Procession information \n\nThere will be no cars in the parking lot\, the lot near the street will\nbe designated for handicap/elderly.\nHelp will be needed to clear the lot of cars attending the 10 am\nMass. Brother Concepcion Madrid is the POC and will have safety\nvests to designate helpers. He will need extra manpower.\nWhen the lot is cleared\, help will be needed to set up chairs for\noutdoor Mass.\nWe are asked to prepare to sell approx. 100 plates. They will sell\nfood tickets early and we can sell whenever we are ready except\nduring noon Mass. They will supply all paper products and we will\nbe reimbursed for our food expense.\nWe will leave Andrews Park at 10:45 sharp. If you plan on walking\nthe route\, please be at the park bridge no later than 10:30. We will\nneed 2 Knights as flag bearers and two Knights to carry our Council\nbanner. The 4th Degree Honor Guard will lead the Procession.\nThe procession plans on arriving at 11:40 at the Arch\, which will be\nblessed by the Arch Bishop. The Honor Guard and Danza group will\nlead the Clergy to the stage for Mass.\nBanner group’s numbers 4 & 5 will be designated as English\nspeaking groups for the sake of Prayer/Rosary.\nPortable toilets will be available for the majority of people\, the hall\nrestrooms will be reserved for the handicap/elderly.\n\n
